Welcome to Write with LAIKA. We have the following pillars that these terms of service are structured around:

You own what you produce. We are making a brush and the brush maker should not hold the copyright to a painting.
We follow the law. For privacy protection and consumer safety reasons, there are a lot of laws governing online content. We do our best to follow all of them.
With ownership comes responsibility. You are responsible for the legality of your actions and we are responsible for ours.

These Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement", or the “Terms”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the writewithlaika.com website (the "Website", or the "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, the "Services", or the “Platform”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and Write with LAIKA’s Website operator ("we", "us" or "our").

The following terms will be used in this document:

Training Materials: Media uploaded to train a model.
Generated Materials: Media generated by our Services. This includes Private and Community Brains created by users.
Brain: A fine-tuned machine learning model.
Private Brain: A user-generated Brain.
Community Brain: A user-generated Brain that was shared with the community by its creator.
Company Brain: A Brain created by Write with LAIKA’s employees.
Content: All media hosted on our Services.

Using Write with LAIKA in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use Write with LAIKA. These Terms include everything in this document, as well as the terms in the following documents (the “Supplements”):
